Avocado, Cucumber, And Flaxseeds

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • A few flaxseeds
  • A pinch of salt

How To Prepare

  1. Cut the avocado in half, take the seed out, and scoop out the creamy part.
  2. Slice a cucumber.
  3. Toss the avocado, cucumber, and flaxseeds into the blender.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and spin it till you get a smooth, creamy texture.
  5. Let it cool in the fridge for a while. You can also add ice cubes to it.

Coconut Water And Kiwi Smoothie

  • 1 cup tender coconut water
  • 2 kiwis
  • A handful of mint leaves

How To Prepare

1. Peel the kiwis and blend them.
2. Pour the kiwi juice into a glass and add the coconut water.
3. Crush the mint leaves using a mortar and pestle.
4. Add the crushed mint leaves to the glass and stir well.
5. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before drinking.

  • Fruits
  • Black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

How To Prepare

1. Throw the veggies and fruits into the food processor.
2. Add a little salt and black pepper.
3. Spin it.
